The City of NMB has started work on Heidlesway Drive for Connections for the Sea Chase Development. This will entail closing off Tarpon Pond for several days barring any unforeseen issues starting Monday December 11th.. They will install Road Closed signs and neighbors will be required to take alternate routes temporarily.

The Private Drive that intersects Heidlesway Drive will be closed to traffic for an indefinite time. Barricades are supposed to be installed blocking off the Private Drives to vehicles, golf carts and pedestrian traffic at this intersection.

Good Morning! Some of the neighbors are planning a Yard Sale for Saturday, November 4 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. We would love for this to be a neighborhood wide event and hope several of you will participate. Thank you! ...

Attention Homeowners

It has come to your HOA Boards attention that Propane Gas trucks continue to access our private drives in order to fill propane tanks. As we are assured that everyone knows our private drives were not built to handle any vehicles of their weight. They cause the drives to deteriorate prematurely which in turn will cause costly repairs. Eventually these costs will be distributed down to us as homeowners.
Your Board has contacted several Propane providers and they have been reluctant to act upon our request. They have however said if the homeowners will contact their provider directly and ask them to not allow their trucks to access our drives they will tell their drivers to please comply. It appears homeowners carry more weight with them than your Board does.
So we ask that all homeowners who have a Propane supplier please contact them and tell them to not allow their service trucks to access our private drives but to fill the tanks from the City of North Myrtle Beach streets.
Thank you,

Your CL BOD
