About Charleston Landing

Charleston Landing is a unique residential community located on the South Carolina coast, nestled away in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The development has been master planned based on contextual history, present day physical amenities and the future goals of community life. Designed with the classic elegance of the Charlestonian architectural style, this community is reminiscent of the antebellum American south. These strong ties to a historical perspective are responsible for the underlying theme of Charleston Landing that will compliment and conjure images of an earlier and slower paced time.

Great care has been taken in the planning, design and development phases to ensure aesthetic harmony within Charleston Landing. By encouraging quality and attention to proper detailing throughout the community, the natural beauty of the development, architectural harmony in design and overall property values within Charleston Landing will be protected, enhanced and preserved.

With this clearly defined vision in mind, Charleston Landing boasts vibrant homes and first-class amenities, all within steps from North Myrtle Beach and all the benefits of coastal living at its best.

We invite you to explore our website for more information of what life is like living in Charleston Landing, and should you have any additional questions we would be more than happy to hear from you.

Charleston Landing Holiday Message

As everyone knows the year 2020 has been a challenge to say the least. In doing our due diligence to try and comply with guidelines set forth by Federal and Local government regulations we had to make some hard decisions regarding our facilities. We would like to thank everyone for their diligence and patience during these trying times,
The previous and newly elected Board made these decisions to try and protect our neighbors from this terrible pandemic. At the same time we had to ensure the solvency and wellbeing of our corporate Property Owners business. We have tried to accomplish this to the best of our abilities. We would especially like to thank Bill Fisher and Sherry Thomas for their dedicated service on the prior board as well as the newly elected board. Our goal has always been to operate within our set budget and lay a foundation to preserve the future neighborhood assets. We hope this will make an easier path for future boards to continue to make our association and neighborhood prosperous, attractive and desirable.

Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year -

A Big Thank You to Jeff, Alan and Bill for spreading the new sand for the Children's playground. The playground is still a work in progress and we hope to make additional improvements in the coming weeks. We are also looking to improve the front entrance as well. As with these guys all volunteer workers are greatly appreciated. If you want to participate please contact a board member as we want to promote camaraderie in our neighborhood and at the same time cut down on expenses. ...
