Beautiful Grounds & Amenities 

Although we are located minutes from the beach, Charleston Landing features a private Amenities Center complete with an ionized pool. Located directly on the marsh, the Amenities Center can be reserved by home owners for private parties, and includes all of the amenities needed for a successful event.

Charleston Landing has held numerous events at the Amenities Center including our Annual Homeowners Meetings and 4th of July celebrations just to name a few. The marsh view provides an excellent view of the ocean side of Cherry Grove giving a spectacular view of the 4th of July fireworks provided by the City of North Myrtle Beach every year.

As for the pool, it is a popular spot for our residents during the warmer months of the year, especially the Summer. On any given day you are sure to find residents lounging on the poolside deck chairs and tables between refreshing dips in the pool.

Throughout the neighborhood there are plenty of other sights of natural beauty to enjoy, such as our 2 gazebos on each lake. During warmer weather you are sure to find turtles sunning themselves or simply swimming along in the water.

In addition, Charleston Landing maintains a gated playground for the kids, as well as a concrete basketball court. We also provide a gated storage area for smaller boats and recreational vehicles.  For more images of our community, please see our Photo Gallery page.
